SN Pixel and Proffie V2.2 are types of neopixel technology. While the Baselit RGB lightsaber is pretty good for active combat, the new sharpness of Neopixel technology has many more features and offers a more realistic experience. When you turn on a Neopixel lightsaber, you get a much more complete experience with a brighter light that has a special vibe similar to what we all appreciated in the movies.

Neopixels not only improve the brightness of a lightsaber, but also make its design more versatile. A Neopixel lightsaber has different LED strips in the blade and the hilt. This means you have a lot more options for special effects, colors, and custom animations. It also means you can play a bit more with the overall design of your lightsaber.

Baselit RGB and Neopixel in comparison:

There are motion sensors in the hilt that detect when you hit an obstacle with the lightsaber - for example, another saber. When such an impact is registered, the lightsaber blade flashes and makes a sound.

The sounds of lightsabers e.g.

Switching on
Switching off
Humming (also called "idle hum" - the typical buzzing of a lightsaber)
Swing (also called "swing sound" - when you wave the saber around)
Impact (also called "clash sound" - when the saber hits somewhere - see also Flash-on-Clash)
Blaster (simulates the sound when a lightsaber deflects a blaster shot)
Flicker (also called "Crackle Sound" or "Lockup Sound" - the sound when two lightsabers rub against each other).

All of these sounds are combined into one "package" called a "Sound Font". Depending on the type of lightsaber, e.g. baselite or proffie, there are a different number of sound fonts that can be set. 

Our lightsabers are suitable for heavy duels. Our blades are very durable and can withstand heavy duels without taking damage. When you duel, be careful not to hit each other and take it slow.

Multiple lightsabers can be connected together to form a lightsaber with two blades. However, at least one of the sabers must have the threaded pommel connector. Alternatively, you can also buy a lightsaber coupler.

Once we receive your item, a refund will be initiated immediately. All major credit card issuers typically take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support under info@sabersforce.com. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order.

The processing takes 1-4 working days. The delivery time for Baselit lightsabers of the apprentice collection (except "Executor") varies between 3-7 days and for all other products the delivery time is 7-14 days, depending on your location. Read more under shipping policy.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. If you received an defective item, please immediately contact our support at info@sabersforce.com to find a solution.

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number. With this order number, go to our website and click on "Customer Service", then click on "Tracking". Now enter your email address and your order number.

*Please note that sometimes it can take a day or two for the tracking to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, it's probably on its way!
